Will Corona Patients Get Health Justice?

Will Corona Patients Get Health Justice?

Health justice is a fundamental human right. It gives safety and dignity to everyone, regardless of caste, creed and status. It gives accessibility to affordable and equitable hospital care for all. Taking advantage of a patient's condition, compulsion, weakness and helplessness  is nothing but exploitation. It doesn't ensure health justice. In such circumstances, Will Corona Patients Get Health Justice?

Corona Leeches

Corona business has turned more dangerous than corona itself. Covid-19 was a result of many centuries of mutations in the virus. Corona strains are both harmful and harmless. They infect different organs in different forms. The immunity against different strains is also different in different persons. So, corona virus isn't uniform in causing infections.  That means the strains may or may not be cruel. But, corona leeches are always cruel and harmful. They suck both money and peace from a patient's life, even life sometimes. Once the person’s family suffers such a mental and physical stroke, it may not be in a position to afford balanced food and post-covid medicines to the patient. If the same conditions prevail, will corona patients get health justice?

Kinds of  Corona Leeches

There are three kinds. One kind is seen in government covid centres. The second kind in unlicensed private Covid centres. The last one in corporate Covid centres. Ofcourse, you can't generalise all centres so, yet there are good and kind ones also.  Will corona patients get health justice?, if all centres are alike.

Poor Man's Corona Centres

Patients from lower, middle and upper middle income groups are admitted here. They lack sufficient equipment, beds, medicines and more conspicuously staff. They are not in a position to accommodate, treat and attend to the needs of corona patients. Here the patient suffers and dies mostly due to fear of psychosis rather than the actual infection. The environment, the attitude of the staff and insufficient medical care kill the patient in advance, who otherwise might have survived by luck.  Will corona patients get health justice, in such circumstances? Consequently, the majority of patients from middle and upper middle class families run away to private hospitals, after seeing the way how corona patients die, without proper care and treatment.

Testing for Covid-19

Middle Class Corona Centres

The most popular kind is that of unlicensed private hospitals. The cost of treatment here is around ₹ 15,000/- per day. Patients from middle and upper middle class families are admitted here. Though equipment and staff are better, oxygen supply and less experienced staff are the limitations. Here too ten percent of patients may die due to many problems. Will corona patients get health justice, in such circumstances?

Big Man's Corona Centres

These centres are exclusively for the richer and the richest.  Though well trained staff and state of the art technology available here, face to face care is lacking. Instead remote care is provided in many circumstances.  That's how the corona treatment varies, as per the class, though not per colour, caste, and creed. Will corona patients get health justice, in such circumstances?

Reasons for Exploitative Treatment

One thing we have to think and analyse why it's so? Unions, corruptive employees, lack of responsibility in local, state and central government authorities are reasons for low standard treatment and unlicensed centres. Super specialities thrive due to  prosperous shareholders in bureaucracy, business forces and top politicians. Will corona patients get health justice, in such circumstances?

Hope for Health Justice

Prevention is better than cure. Take vaccines in time, exercise regularly and take a balanced diet. That's how you can prevent corona leeches from devouring your blood. The other ray of hope is honest and humanistic volunteers to raise the voice against injustice and compel the concerned authorities to mend their ways to rebuild confidence among masses. Products of Wrong Education System

Producers of wrong education system should understand the bad effect of excessive studies on the young brains. They are destroying the mental, physical, social, and economic development of the future generation. Both the public and private money is wasted to waste the invaluable intellectual asset of the nation. A few points have been suggested to improve the structure of our education system in the following paragraphs.

Many questions arise after seeing the plight of students these days.

Do we truly love the younger generation?

Aren't we torturing children and students?

Are children doing education as per their wish?

Aren't we complicating the education process?

Forces behind bad education system:

Education system seems to be meant for egocentric politicians, fanatic religious heads, lovers of languages, misusers of government funds, greedy educational institutions, book publishers, stationery companies, job seekers, etc. These are the producers of  wrong education system.

Hidden child labour:

It seems that both mental and physical torture is being given to children at all levels in the name of education. Child labour is banned but not mental and physical torture to students. Animals are better that they don't torture their own babies this way. But, producers of  wrong education system convince parents that they are helping their children to grow.

Excessive academic burden on students:

School children have to study at least three languages and three group subjects in India. Students should study one regional, one national, one international and sometimes one ancient language. This kind of system exists nowhere in the world. There are less choices and options for students to choose. One language is enough to understand the world and develop life skills and livelihood. To study that much students need to spend more than eight hours a day within four walls of educational institutions and study rooms. The creators of this burden on young brains and bodies are producers of  wrong education system.

Restrictions on students:

They aren't allowed to play sports and games. They're less exposed to sufficient sunlight, play on grass, breathe cool tree breeze, listen to chirping noises of birds, and get a smoothening touch of pets. They can't make affectionate relationships with parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Children have to sacrifice everything for sake of nasty marks, grades, results and false prestige. The ultimate reason behind this tragedy is producers of  wrong education system.

Lack of proper yardsticks to measure a child's true talent:

Wards don't find time or don't think that it's necessary to improve language, skills and knowledge at home. The progress report is more important than the true improvement. That’s how producers of  wrong education system create a false mindset.

Bad effects of wrong education system:

1) Creation of less or non-productive citizens.

2) Creation of rowdys, drunkards, drug addicts, smokers, eve-teasers, thieves, chain snatchers, rapists and murderers.

3) Creation of bad business oriented culture & rituals, unhealthy clothes and garments, adulterated milk and food, cool drinks, junk food, packed food items, electronic games, bad cinema, bad films, bad serials, bad websites, bad videos with obscenity, nudity, vulgarity, sex and violence. All these bad products are created by astrayed young generation only.

Educational curriculum can be programmed as follows:

1) Only four subjects at school level Viz., (i) Language proficiency, (ii) Skill Development, (iii) General Knowledge and (iv) Physical Education

2) Improve perfect communication skills in your mother tongue. Stress upon spellings and vocabulary build up.

3) Teach remaining subjects in the same language.

4) Improve mental fitness through numerical ability, reasoning, model making, specimen collection, experiments, data collection, field visits, photography, caption writing, news making, drawing, slide show preparation, embroidery, weaving, knitting, nutrition planning, designing, poetry, mock teaching, seminars, speeches, etc. as per stipulated curriculum in 'Skill Development' subject. Here a set of options as per the interest of the student should be given.

5) Add a lesson from each subject like mathematics, physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, geography, history, political science, child rights, human rights, traffic education, duties and responsibilities, law, commerce, economics, psychology, sociology, applied science etc to the curriculum every year.

6) Improve physical fitness through physical education, sports and games.

7) In the place of +2, PUC or Intermediate make diploma courses compulsory to all students to create technicians for different departments like agriculture, veterinary science, nursing, lab technicians, pharmacists, physiotherapist, engineering, accountancy, etc. Let children become economically independent at this level itself.

8) At graduation level create just professionals as per the respective previous course.

9) Don't force students to byheart subjects. Instead teach them study skills, writing skills and oral skills.

We should now stop disturbing the minds of the young generation and distracting them from their most beautiful childhood and student life for our bad business tactics.

WE SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE KIND AND RESPONSIBLE ELDERS RATHER DEVILS, GHOSTS & MONSTERS TO PLUCK FLESH, SUCK BLOOD AND TORTURE . YOUNG GENERATION. DECIDE WHETHER EDUCATION IS FOR OUR SATISFACTION & SURVIVAL OR THEIR SATISFACTION & SURVIVAL?

Could Artificial Lighting Cause Diabetes Type 2?

1) Diabetes type 2 is caused by insulin resistance in body cells.
2) Insulin is a hormone secreted by pancreas.
3) Insulin resistance results in less absorption of glucose by cells and consequently its higher concentration in blood.
4) Insulin resistance is due to another hormone called cortisol.
5) Cortisol is produced in the cortex of adrenal glands, located on kidneys.
6) Cortisol production is regulated by adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH).
7) Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)  is produced by anterior pituitary gland.
8) Anterior pituitary gland is stimulated by corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH).
9) Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) is released from the hypothalamus.
10) The hypothalamus is located on the undersurface of the brain. It lies just below the thalamus and above the pituitary gland, to which it is attached by a stalk. It is an extremely complex part of the brain containing many regions with highly specialised functions.
11) The hypothalamus is considered as the key brain region for the control of homeostasis.
12) Homeostasis refers to maintainance of a state of internal balance and physical wellbeing in spite of internal changes or outside factors.
13) Hypothalamic dysfunction may occur due to head injuries,  growth hormone deficiency,  birth defects involving the brain or hypothalamus, tumors in or around the hypothalamus,  eating disorders, autoimmune conditions,  surgery involving the brain and artificial light radiations.
14) When the body is exposed only to the natural light of the sun, the hypothalamus area of the brain sets its sleep patterns according to when it is light outside and to when it is dark.
15) When it starts getting dark outside, the hypothalamus signals to the body to start creating sleep hormones, like melatonin, and to drop the human's body temperature to prepare for sleep.
16) In the morning, when light is sensed, the body is told to warm up and to produce hormones, like cortisol, that wake the body up. When artificial light is added to a human's day, the body's natural rhythms become confused.
17) So all artificial light, including LEDs, fluorescent bulbs, incandescent bulbs, cell phones, computers and televisions can interrupt normal sleep patterns, confuse hypothalamus, that disturbs homoeostasis, high cortisol production, more insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
18) The same kind of other mechanisms may also be responsible for hypertension,  cardiovascular problems and kidney problems.
19) Lifestyle changes, bad food habits, junk food, cool drinks, smoking, alcoholic consumption, drug addiction, sedentary lifestyle, less physical activities, less sleep,  belly fat, obesity, seasonal changes and climate change my aggravate the problems.
20) The reason for sudden unabated raise in diabetes type 2 might be triggered by mobile addiction also!

Why Are Family Planning And Population Control Not Serving The Purpose?

Since Malthus so many scientists,  economists and planners have been introducing different family planning methods and schemes to control population. Reason is limited natural resources may not be sufficient to ever growing population. And according to them this will also lead to do a lot of mining, deforestation, killing of wildlife, refining of mineral ores, manufacturing, transportation, use of hydrocarbons, petroleum, petrochemical products, etc. This inturn need a lot of electricity. Electricity needs thermal, hydroelectric, nuclear, solar or wind energy projects. They in turn need a lot of forest clearance and so on. The result is different sorts of pollution - chemical,  noise and light pollution.

According to economists, industrialists and scientists population growth brings different kinds of problems to humanity especially pollution and degenerative diseases also. Besides this water crisis another problem. Food production and supply another issue. All these reasons make anyone believe that population control is must. But what about consumption control? Does a family of three members need a house that can accommodate thirty or three hundred members? Should we allow people to construct houses according to monetary capacity of a person or quantum of loans a bank can sanction?  Does government suggest children per a family according to reproductive capacity of the couple?

Why shouldn't government control sizes of houses according to the sizes of families? Small houses need less material for construction,  less resources for maintenance and less money for both. So we can effectively control deforestation,  wildlife destruction,  pollution, damage of human body organs, diseases and deaths. As the greed is controlled different ways for bribery,  corruption, hawalas, scams, etc can be effectively closed.

In addition to above advantages the land saved due to small houses can be used to grow herbs, bushes and trees of multiple use. The members of the family get an opportunity to grow fresh uncontaminated fruits,  vegetables, fish, poultry and cows. They get sufficient sunlight, tree shade and cool breeze. And a great space and time to involve in physical activities too. Instead of favouring business companies and industrialists to grow the government and its great institutions should start thinking about conservation of biodiversity in wilderness and also the growth of biodiversity around human habitats. People can start spending time in gardens, breathing fresh air and watching birds around instead of being suffocated in indoor pollution throughout the life!

Unemployment Technology

The physical unemployment problem is due to more labour supply and less demand for workforce in market. A lot of educational institutions are coming up and growing up certificates well in advance to produce a lot of  manpower on paper. On the other side a lot of technocrats are inventing and innovating efficient technologies to reduce need for physical manpower and to increase productivity through machines, computers and artificial intelligence. In addition to this, students don't get sufficient time and space to learn, at least, their occupations at home, because of hectic academic schedules. The net result is qute different from our superstitious expectations.

The educational institutions are helping the industry through their double edged strategy - one in reducing demand for manpower and two in increasing educated consumers for their products. At the end the educated class will be without sufficient earnings to eke out their living and so may be forced to do under-employment jobs or harmful or illegal activities without a proper home or family. Even uneducated farm workers are losing labour and wages due to a number of superb chemicals and machines invented and introduced into agriculture. Online business further reduces chances of employment in retail sector (Total employment in MNCs is less than overall  employment in the conventional system)
.
In physiological unemployment a person is physically employed but physiologically unemployed. This is due to employment of machines, vehicles and computers in factories, offices, companies and even in houses. There is a maximum rest to arms and legs. This leads to less exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between lungs, blood and tissues in different parts of the body.  This in turn creates further erratic employment to internal organs. The result might be degenerative diseases. But there is a lot of opportunity to earn huge profits by medical, health and insurance companies.

In mental unemployment the person is physically employed but without much work to his mind due to computers and artificial intelligence.  A lot of stress on eyes, nerves and muscles may occur. Sedentary life styles compounded with junkfood creates a lot of psychological and social problems. Early retirement from physical jobs may also result.

The solution to all these problems is less dependence on chemiclas and machines. Students should be properly educated and trained to depend directly on sunlight, soil, plants and vegetables for different needs. Instead of concrete jungles a trend towards farm houses should be motivated. It creates both pristine environment and ample employment opportunities,  though not in companies and government offices. More organic products and physical activities will create  a healthy and peaceful population. But the big bosses are thinking to solve all these kinds of unemployment problems by introducing robots!

Green Revolution Collides with Green Evolution

The only planet with the rarest kind of unique matter called life is the earth. Here the base for trillions of evolving and fluorishing organisms is green evolution. The green evolution started with the tiniest blue-green algae and reached up to the mightiest Sequias. But a few  brains disrupted the green evolutionary process through industrial and green revolutionary concepts. The former kind of revolution destroyed a major part of the green biodiversity in wilderness.  The latter kind modified some more green biodiversity in cultivation.  The green trafficking has been happening without being recognized and noticed by a major part of the human world!

The green evolution happens so generously and judiciously that every bit of biosphere flourishes with fertile soils, timely hydrological cycles, luxuriant vegetation and very active and sportive animals.  This prospers not only the overall nature but also the farmer and all his friends and partners in farming. Invisible microscopic flora and fauna and visible macroscopic  earthworms, bees, butterflies,  birds and animals are kept busy and alive.  It also keeps environment clean and consumers hale and healthy.

No dought that there were farming failures in the post-industrial era. Those droughts and famines misguided human thought to take a sudden turn from the ever successful path of green evolution. A fast paced detour was taken, that's called green revolution. There has been misunderstanding of a fact that those calamities were none but the byproducts of destruction of  major ecosystems, for industries and infrastructure only. This new kind of development has engaged the farmer in farming  so vigorously that his agriculture has prospered more than himself. Not only agriculture but also a number of agriculture related companies like seed, fertilizer, pesticide, irrigation, plastic, machine, tractor and food processing industries have prospered a lot. But the farmer has been left with dreadful diseases and demeaning debts and the consumer has been with contaminated, processed, junk food and degenerative diseases.

Neither governments nor their associated companies are in a position to continue farming on natural  ecological models. The only choice left is either to conserve nature and get fresh food or forget human race forever. Let's wait and see how long this scam continues!

These Terrorists Are Organ Hunters

There are two necessary evils which behave hypicritically as friends but act f erociously like terrorists. We can't imagine ourselves as leaders of this modern world without these two masked entities. What are these two terrorists? One is badly smelling petroleum and the other terribly shocking electricity.

Petroleum creates not only a variety of products for world business but also ammunition, explosives, plastics and an innumerable number of other poisonous pollutants to kill their own producers. But poisonous pollutants too have certain economic values in their recyclic phase! They sneakingly enter our environment, air, water and food chain and silently attack different human organs, damage them and help health and insurance industries to grow fast and earn huge sums of profits. Diesel and petrol, the two fractions of the crude oil,  don't let people to walk, jog, run, climb or use animals in journeys, but keep them always in resting postures. These twin products are not only fuels but also souls of automobile industry.

Electricity is no less than petroleum. It speeds up destruction of forests, wildlife extinction, purification and refining of minerals, metals and other chemicals. It pumps out ground water very fast to deplete the scarce invaluable resource a lot.  It creates and energizes electrical machines and electronic gadgets. It ever keeps people comfortable through fans, air coolers and air conditioners. It makes possible people swallow in either too cold or too hot things from fridges and microovens.  It attracts eyes by causing light pollution and appeals or consoles ears through noise pollution.

We are proud of our science and technology innovations.  Companies invest for technological innovations and in turn get power and strength to encroach into human living conditions . "Be cautious!  Don't let people approach nature, accept natural principles, follow natural methods and consume natural products. Or else the companies become bankrupt". That's the technique of modern business. Even air, water, food and sex shouldn't be natural. Turn everything  artificial. Brand, tag and  market everything. That's what economic development.  Besides these there should be a supplement of junk food for these special category of people to enhance the effect of the business world!

Don't  let people move their body joints. Even if they want that's through gym or some costly exercising equipment only.  Let people either sit or sleep on  cushiony substrata always. And further certify it as dignity, prestige,  respect or as an indicator of achievement or success. This  never appear as self-punishment but as a luxurious,  sweet and pleasant way of intoxicating one's own life.

Unfortunately our body structure isn't made in such a way to bear and persist out of this pseudo-development torture. Our hands  aren't meant for holding mobile phones throughout the day. Our legs aren't meant for being dangled down the chairs or lying down on beds throughout the day. Our eyes aren't meant for staring at glowing screens through out the day. Our ears aren't meant for listening noises from fans, machines, vehicles or music from electronic gadgets throughout the day. But we  fool ourselves by considering these bad habits as advancements.

No doubt most of our body organs are getting modern avatars. The eyes are turning red, gritty, dizzy with a lot of uneasiness or itching. Ears are becoming less audible. Nose is getting  senseless and  unable to prevent entry of germs. Skin is becoming wrinkled and aged, but looks beautiful and attractive over a slim layer of chemical cosmetics. All our internal body organs are notified under different insurance schemes at different  superspecialty hospitals. Fortunately lungs, hearts, stomachs, intestines, livers, pancreas and kidneys are being brought under AMCs. No need to panic. A full fledged consultancy and pharmaceutical business is going on. Governments too are happy to find and make publicity of a spurt in the growth of health industry.

On the other hand some tribal people are still living in natural habitats full of soil, grass, trees, rivers and mountains. They aren't classified as patients for any insurance scheme viz.,  asthma, rhinitis, sinusitis, premature ageing, skin cancer, gastric ulcers, gall stones, constipation,  obesity, diabetes, hypertension,  kidney failures et cetera. These are the people least affected by climate change,  global warming or calamities. They can survive due to their expertise in physical activities, strength of natural immunity and genetic diversity. But a lot of efforts are being made to bring these unsophisticated people into the mainstream of world corporate consumer circuit. Save God! Should we expect some more organ damages in the days to come?

Wise people use the least. Humanistic governments discourage the most. The two necessary evils - petroleum and electricity. Beware, these terrorists are the organ hunters!
